They are down because they SELECTIVELY choose when they have problems. They ahve problems for two years when they have HIGH activity at once,
but they also say they will be down forslows a long time, and once the games are gone, and THEY are safe from taking too much action, then they are back up.
Their system I beleive has a REVENUE threshold,, and then it slows down
They say the word technicians ALL the time, and that is bullshit...there are no technicians.....
Also they avoid fixing their problems with INVESTMENT so that it will nto happen anymore. Anyone in their business thta has as many chronic problems
